Our Net this week, June 3, 2010, will involve the subject of firearms and will explore members thoughts on what they would do if they had to rely on only one gun and why.

So I missed the net 
What were some of he top choices/calibers and why? Anyone talk about compacts compared to full size. I can't carry so concealment is not an option.

Well........as I recall, there were a lot of 1911s in .45 ACP. Shotguns made a good showing as well. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the specifics of the discussion on full size v compacts. Most of the audience were in the same boat, no CCW.
