For our second net we covered LiTZ Protocols and Wilderness Protocols. We additonally asked for our checkins to share situations where they may have needed to use amateur radio in emergency situations or where it was the only means of communication available. Further discussion came up about how to hand non-licensed people found transmitting on amateur radio frequencies. All-in-all it was a good net.
